Not surprisingly spammers are using the presidential campaign in simple social engineering attacks. Last year, it was Ron Paul spam, this time Hillary Clinton is dragged into a malware-pushing scheme according to Symantec.
The link in the email downloads "mpg.exe" which is a Trojan downloader that downloads inst241.exe which is the Srizbi Trojan. It's distribution has been low and it appears to use a rootkit to hide itself so it can distribute spam.
