Preventing Hostile Workplace Environment: Controlling Internet Content

Technologies like Web access and email can be used to create or contribute hostile workplace environments. We look at the technologies of URL blocking and content filtering and discuss their pros and cons. The podcast concludes with a review of policies that should be in place to support the technologies.
