How to Respond to a Data Breach

Data breaches are becoming so common every organization should be prepared to respond if it suffers a breach. In this podcast we examine examples from TJX, Pfizer, the State of Ohio, and the Veterans Administration on what to do and what not to do after a data breach. The podcast concludes with a set of guidelines on how to work with victims to avoid the kind of adversarial relationships between organization and victim that have followed some breaches.
