TechDirt poses an important question about cybersecurity policy, what should it cover? Government and business are fundamentally different (the current economic situation not withstanding) but basic security practices are universal....

The GAO came down hard on the Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) for not adequately addressing cybersecurity needs of the country, in part at least, because it is "bedeviled by frequent management turnover, bureaucratic challenges" according to MSNBC....
